Exchange 2007 信件Quesue 在 Hub Server

Exchange 2007 Server RTM~SP3 RU7都適用.
 
問題描述：
Exchange Server 2007 Hub Transport Services重新啟動後，所有的信件都寄不出去且Q在Hub Server中，無法傳遞出Internet 或 Delivery 到Mailbox Server。
 
在事件檢視中會出現如下錯誤訊息：
An error occurred while loading the configuration for the Journaling agent.
The configuration may be corrupt, or the Active Directory directory service may be down or unreachable.
The last known good configuration will be used, and the Journaling agent will attempt to read the configuration again later.
 
解決方法：

1. 先執行 Get-Transportconfig | fl Jour* cmdlets
2. 檢查上述指令輸出結果中的 JournalingReportNdrTo 參數是否有Email 值？
3. 若有則再檢查該Email Address 所對應的使用者信箱是否已經被刪除或Email Address已不存在？
4. 若是，則兩種解決方法
5. 一是直接找一個信箱補上這筆已刪除的Email Address
6. 二是透過下列指令將該值清空 Set-Transportconfig -JournalingReportNdrTo "<>"

原因：
因為已經指定了JournalMailbox的值，所以所有信件在傳遞前都必需要先複製一份到該信箱中，但該信箱被誤刪已不存在，所以造成所有的信件都被Q住無法動彈。
因此透過上述作法將已刪除不存在的Email Address 補回，或者將JournalMailbox清空即可解決。
